Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all transportation services provided by the

Munich Airport Taxi

hereinafter referred to as “the Company.”

By booking a ride, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

A contract of carriage is formed as soon as

a reservation made by phone,

a reservation via WhatsApp,

a reservation via email or

a booking via the contact form

was confirmed by the company.

An automatic confirmation of receipt of a request does not constitute a binding reservation.

3. Services

Among other things, the company offers the following services:

Airport Transfers

Airport shuttle

Taxi and Rental Car Rides

Fixed-Rate Rides

Shuttle taxi for up to 8 people

Business Trips

Hotel Transfers

Long-distance trips

Private passenger transportation

The specific scope of services is determined by the respective reservation.

4. Prices

The prices agreed upon at the time of booking apply.

To the extent required by law, the taxi fares set by the authorities apply.

For fixed-price trips, only the previously agreed-upon fixed price applies.

Additional charges apply only if the customer requests changes during the trip (e.g., additional stops or changes to the destination).

5. Terms of Payment

Payment is made

PayPal (if available)

The fare is due immediately after the ride ends.

For corporate customers, invoices may be issued upon prior agreement.

6. Wait Times

For airport transfers, the company monitors flight arrivals.

If a flight is delayed, the customer will not incur any additional costs, unless otherwise agreed.

The following applies to scheduled pickups:

Up to 15 minutes of waiting time is free

After that, a reasonable flat-rate waiting fee may be charged.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

The following fees may apply for late cancellations:

Less than 24 hours: up to 50% of the fare

Less than 2 hours’ notice or no-show: up to 100% of the agreed fare

In cases of verifiable flight cancellations, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

The passenger agrees to,

provide the correct booking information,

to arrive on time at the agreed-upon meeting place,

to follow the driver’s instructions,

Fasten your seat belts.

Damage to or excessive soiling of the vehicle may be charged to the person responsible.

9. Luggage

Standard luggage is carried free of charge.

Bulky items or special baggage (e.g., bicycles, ski equipment, golf bags) must be declared at the time of booking.

The company assumes no liability for unattended luggage.

10. Liability

The company is liable in accordance with statutory provisions.

For delays due to force majeure, in particular

Traffic jam,

Accidents,

Road closures,

extreme weather conditions,

regulatory measures,

No liability shall apply unless there is intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of processing the reservation.

12. Jurisdiction

If the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.

German law applies exclusively.

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
