Conclusion of the Contract<\/p>\n<p>A contract of carriage is formed as soon as<\/p>\n<p>a reservation made by phone,<\/p>\n<p>a reservation via WhatsApp,<\/p>\n<p>a reservation via email or<\/p>\n<p>a booking via the contact form<\/p>\n<p>was confirmed by the company.<\/p>\n<p>An automatic confirmation of receipt of a request does not constitute a binding reservation.<\/p>\n<p>3. Services<\/p>\n<p>Among other things, the company offers the following services:<\/p>\n<p>Airport Transfers<\/p>\n<p>Airport shuttle<\/p>\n<p>Taxi and Rental Car Rides<\/p>\n<p>Fixed-Rate Rides<\/p>\n<p>Shuttle taxi for up to 8 people<\/p>\n<p>Business Trips<\/p>\n<p>Hotel Transfers<\/p>\n<p>Long-distance trips<\/p>\n<p>Private passenger transportation<\/p>\n<p>The specific scope of services is determined by the respective reservation.<\/p>\n<p>4. Prices<\/p>\n<p>The prices agreed upon at the time of booking apply.<\/p>\n<p>To the extent required by law, the taxi fares set by the authorities apply.<\/p>\n<p>For fixed-price trips, only the previously agreed-upon fixed price applies.<\/p>\n<p>Additional charges apply only if the customer requests changes during the trip (e.g., additional stops or changes to the destination).<\/p>\n<p>5. Terms of Payment<\/p>\n<p>Payment is made<\/p>\n<p>cash<\/p>\n<p>by debit card<\/p>\n<p>Credit Card<\/p>\n<p>PayPal (if available)<\/p>\n<p>The fare is due immediately after the ride ends.<\/p>\n<p>For corporate customers, invoices may be issued upon prior agreement.<\/p>\n<p>6. Wait Times<\/p>\n<p>For airport transfers, the company monitors flight arrivals.<\/p>\n<p>If a flight is delayed, the customer will not incur any additional costs, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<p>The following applies to scheduled pickups:<\/p>\n<p>Up to 15 minutes of waiting time is free<\/p>\n<p>After that, a reasonable flat-rate waiting fee may be charged.<\/p>\n<p>7. Cancellation<\/p>\n<p>You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.<\/p>\n<p>The following fees may apply for late cancellations:<\/p>\n<p>Less than 24 hours: up to 50% of the fare<\/p>\n<p>Less than 2 hours&#8217; notice or no-show: up to 100% of the agreed fare<\/p>\n<p>In cases of verifiable flight cancellations, decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<p>8. Passenger Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>The passenger agrees to,<\/p>\n<p>provide the correct booking information,<\/p>\n<p>to arrive on time at the agreed-upon meeting place,<\/p>\n<p>to follow the driver&#8217;s instructions,<\/p>\n<p>Fasten your seat belts.<\/p>\n<p>Damage to or excessive soiling of the vehicle may be charged to the person responsible.<\/p>\n<p>9. Luggage<\/p>\n<p>Standard luggage is carried free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>Bulky items or special baggage (e.g., bicycles, ski equipment, golf bags) must be declared at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p>The company assumes no liability for unattended luggage.<\/p>\n<p>10. Liability<\/p>\n<p>The company is liable in accordance with statutory provisions.<\/p>\n<p>For delays due to force majeure, in particular<\/p>\n<p>Traffic jam,<\/p>\n<p>Accidents,<\/p>\n<p>Road closures,<\/p>\n<p>extreme weather conditions,<\/p>\n<p>regulatory measures,<\/p>\n<p>No liability shall apply unless there is intentional or grossly negligent conduct.<\/p>\n<p>11. Jurisdiction<\/p>\n<p>If the customer is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.<\/p>\n<p>German law applies exclusively.<\/p>\n<p>13. Severability Clause<\/p>\n<p>If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>\n<p>14.
